8.12.095 Imminent danger.
   The Fire Chief, or his/her designee, may stop an operation or require the evacuation of any Class I structure or portion thereof under the provisions of I.C. 36-8-1 7-9 when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
   A.   Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser;
   B.   Is prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, authorization, variance, exemption, or other license required under I.C. 22-14, another Indiana statute or rule of the Commission; or
   C.   Will conceal a violation of law. (Ord. 2-2019, 2019)
