A. The Fire Chief, or his her designee, may establish emergency lines and limits; and, barricade or guard from the general public such emergency lines and limits.
B. The Fire Chief, or his/her designee, may create an area in which only firefighters, law enforcement personnel, other emergency responders, other people, or agencies having a direct interest in any property threatened by a fire, explosion, hazardous material incident, other emergency, other people, or agencies at the discretion of the Fire Chief, or his/her designee, shall be admitted. It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to cross such emergency lines or limits. (Ord. 2-2019, 2019)
