8.12.020 Authority.
   The Fire Chief, or his/her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:
   A.   All provisions of this chapter.
   B.   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11.
   C.   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7. (Ord. 2-2019, 2019)
