A. The Columbus Public Safety Local Income Tax Non- Reverting Fund is hereby created and shall be designated as fund number 2070 in the Columbus City Clerk-Treasurer Office.
B. The Columbus City Clerk-Treasurer shall receive, invest and reinvest funds received from the increase in the Local Income Tax funds and the City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized lo pay from said fund expenses, associated with “Public Safety” as defined by I.C. 6-3.6-2-14, as amended and as determined by the Columbus Board of Public Works and Safety.
C. The Columbus Public Safely Local Income Tax Fund shall continue until it is no longer needed. (Ord. 2018-7, 2018)
