A. The Columbus state road 46 overpass non-reverting fund is hereby created and shall be designated as fund number 2160 in the Columbus city clerk-treasurer office.
B. The Columbus city clerk-treasurer shall receive, invest and reinvest funds received from all sources and Columbus city clerk-treasurer is authorized to pay from said fund expenses, associated with the construction of the state road 46 highway overpass and interchange, including, but not limited to: engineering, design, land acquisition, demolition of existing structures, construction, signage, bike paths, people trails, landscaping, architectural elements as determined by the Columbus Board of Public Works and Safety.
C. The Columbus state road 46 overpass non-reverting fund shall terminate when the project is completed and all of the funds have been spent and depleted. In the event that there is a remaining balance in the fund, once the project is completed, the Columbus Board of Public Works and Safety shall return any unused funds to the funding sources, for this project, on a pro rata basis.
