3.20.370 LOIT special distribution fund.
   A.   The controller is to establish a fund entitled LOIT special distribution in the amount of $2,542,528.79; and
   B.   The sole purpose of this fund is to pay for allowable expenses under I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(l)(A); and
   C.   The only receipts into this fund will consist of the LOIT special distribution from the county. (Ord. 33-2023, 2023; Ord. 19-2016 §§ 1-3, 2016)
