10.48.010 Declared a public nuisance.
   The common council finds that abandoned, unlicensed and inoperable vehicles are a public nuisance and a safety and health hazard to the citizens of the city. (Ord. 16-2019, 2019; Ord. 2-2014, § 1, 2014; Prior code § 15-176)
