5.24.130 Penalty.

Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Section 5.24.110. In addition the person and/or establishment who violates any provision of this chapter may be fined; the fine imposed for each such violation shall not be less than two hundred dollars and not more than two thousand five hundred dollars per violation per day. This chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to the laws of the State of Indiana.
