5.24.070   Renewal.
   A.   Permits are effective for one year from the date of issue.
   B.   Permits may be renewed by following the application process outlined in Sections 5.24.030 or 5.24.040.
   C.   Applications for renewal may be submitted not more than sixty days nor less than thirty days prior to expiration of the permit.
