A. The nonrefundable permit fee for a person who operates a massage establishment is two hundred and fifty dollars per year for each location. The permit is transferable to a new location upon written notice to the Clerk-Treasurer.
B. The nonrefundable permit fee for a person employed in a massage establishment is twenty-five dollars per year. The permit is transferable to a new location upon written notice to the Clerk-Treasurer.
C. Annual permit fees do not apply to a person who can operate a massage therapy practice or practice as a massage therapist without obtaining a city permit based on the grounds listed in Section 5.24.020.
