A new zoning ordinance was adopted by the Common Council as Ordinance No. 13, 2008 on March 18, 2008, and is adopted herein by reference as if set forth in full. Consistent with the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4-610, two copies of the zoning ordinance are on file for public inspection in both Office of the Clerk-Treasurer and the Office of the Plan Commission. Copies of the zoning ordinance are also available for purchase in the Office of the Plan Commission.
