5.12.120 Role of board of public works and safety.
   The board of public works and safety review all applications for taxicab permits pursuant to the terms of this chapter. Further, such board shall have general regulatory powers in the control of the operation of taxicabs in the city. (Ord. 10-2018, 2018; Ord. 27-2013 § 1, 2013; Prior code § 29-12)
