5.12.070 Ejecting passenger.
   Any person while being a passenger in any taxicab who shall violate any state law, this code, city ordinance or rule of the board of public works and safety may be ejected from such vehicle by the driver thereof. (Ord. 10-2018, 2018; Ord. 27-2013 § 1, 2013; Prior code § 29-7)
