8.24.230 Disposal requirements—Industrial process waste.
   All combustible and noncombustible industrial process waste, which is the result of manufacturing a product, shall be disposed of or recycled by the person or persons generating such waste at his expense. (Ord. 09-30, 2009; Ord. 93-9 § 23, 1993)
