8.24.220 Areas for disposal of solid waste or refuse restricted.
   The disposal of solid waste including, including but not limited to roofing, construction, concrete debris, and clean fill, by a person in any place, public or private, within the city other than the sites authorized by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, is prohibited. (Ord. 09-30, 2009; Ord. 93-9 § 22, 1993)
