8.24.070 City-owned or city-approved container specifications.
   No owner, or occupant, of any public or private premises shall permit to accumulate upon his premises any solid waste except in containers owned by the city and/or approved by the city services manager, as established through the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the board, pursuant to Section 8.24.020B. (Ord. 09-30, 2009)
