A. The city police department shall hereinafter charge a fee of five dollars for each vehicle identification number inspection.
B. The fee shall be paid by each individual or business requesting such service before the service is rendered, or at the discretion of the chief of police, be subject to billing.
C. Procedures for fee collection shall be developed by the chief of police;
D. All revenue from said fees shall be deposited into the law enforcement continuing education fund.
