6.08.270 Exception.
   Canine law enforcement officers are exempt from this section while in the performance of their official duties, as described by local, state, and federal law. (Ord. 48-2019, 2019; Ord. 32-2019 § 1, 2019; Ord. 13-2012 § 5, 2012; Ord. 08-17 § 1 (part), 2008)
