6.08.080 Notice of ordinance violation.
   In lieu of impounding an animal which is at large, stray, nuisance, or is being kept in conditions which violate this chapter, Animal Care Services may issue to the known owner or agent of such animal a notice of ordinance violation as described in other sections of this title.
