6.07.040 Violations-Penalties.
   Any person or owner found to be a habitual offender is subject to having the animal(s) immediately confiscated by the Animal Care Services Department and subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars for each offense. The Court jurisdiction will be notified of this violation. (Ord. 48-2019, 2019; Ord. 32-2019 § 1, 2019; Ord. 13-2012 § 4, 2012; Ord. 08-17 § 1 (part), 2008)
