All fines, fees, and penalties collected will be deposited into the Animal Care Services Adoption/Medical Fund. Monies from this fund will be used as directed by the Animal Care Services Commission for purposes of providing medical care, spay and neutering assistance, preventative health care, or for other services the Animal Care Services Commission deems appropriate and compatible with its policies.
