3.12.100 Annual report--Contents.
   The annual report shall include but not be limited to, the following information:
   A.   The name and address of the person(s) filing the report;
   B.   The amount of real and/or personal property taxes paid for the property during the year before the property was declared as an economic revitalization area and during the most recent tax year;
   C.   The current number of part-time and full-time jobs, specifying whether permanent or temporary, and the number of such jobs as of the end of the year immediately prior to receiving tax abatement;
   D.   The number of jobs that have been retailed as a result of the benefit deduction;
   E.   The number of current jobs and annual payroll at the facility as of February 15th of each year;
   F.   The location of such new manufacturing equipment if such deduction is filed for purposes of such new manufacturing equipment and the type, make and model of said equipment;
   G.   The assessed valuation of the property and/or personal property or the appraisal of the real property and/or personal property. (Ord. 92-7 § 6, 1992)
