13.22.070   Requirement to eliminate illegal discharges.
   The city may require by written notice that a person responsible for an illegal discharge immediately, or by a specified date, discontinues the discharge and, if necessary, takes measures to eliminate the source of the discharge to prevent the occurrence of future illegal discharges. (Ord. 08-26, 2008; Ord. 06-11, 2006)
