13.22.030   Applicability.
   This chapter shall apply to all water entering the storm drain system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands lying within the City of Columbus unless explicitly exempted by § 13.22.060. (Ord. 08-26, 2008; Ord. 06-11, 2006)
