3.12.050 Application forms--Submittal.
   All applicants seeking an economic revitalization designation for real property or an applicant seeking approval of a statement of benefits form shall submit in writing to the mayor on forms approved by the department of community development all necessary information for the consideration of said request by the common council. (Ord. 92-7 § 1, 1992)
