(a) Operation is limited to public streets having an established speed limit not greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour. Operators are permitted to cross an intersection with a street having a greater speed limit, so as long as they remain on a street with an established speed limit not greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
(b) Operation on sidewalks is prohibited, other than the incidental crossing of a sidewalk while entering or exiting a driveway.
(c) Except as provided in this section, all state and local laws regarding the operation and parking of motor vehicles shall be deemed to apply to the operation and parking of low-speed vehicles, under-speed vehicles, utility vehicles and mini-trucks within the Village of Columbus Grove.
