No person shall operate a low-speed vehicle, under-speed vehicle, utility vehicle or mini-truck on the streets of the Village of Columbus Grove unless the vehicle has been inspected for compliance with the State of Ohio's statutory requirements that are applicable to motor vehicles and the Codified Ordinances of the Village entitling the owner to secure a title and license for the vehicle.
