345.03 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS OF OPERATOR.

(a) No person who is less than 16 years of age shall operate a of low-speed vehicle, underspeed vehicle, utility vehicle or mini-truck on public streets.

(b) The operator must hold a valid, current, motor vehicle Operator's License.
