In addition to any rules or regulations promulgated by the Ohio Director of Public Safety, pursuant to ORC Chapter 4511, equipment of the of low-speed vehicles, under-speed vehicles, utility vehicles and mini-trucks shall include, but not necessarily be limited to requirements for the following items, all to be in working order during operation:
(a) Must be equipped with a minimum of one taillight, visible from a distance of Five Hundred (500) feet.
(b) Must be equipped with two, red reflectors. (May be incorporated into other rear tail lights) .
(c) Must have a light to illuminate the rear license plate and make the plate legible from a distance of fifty (50) feet.
(d) Must be equipped with two brake lights, visible from a distance of five hundred (500) feet.
(e) Must have two working headlights capable of illuminating persons or objects at a distance of seventy-five (7 5) feet.
(f) Must have a working horn, audible from not less than two hundred (200) feet.
(g) Must have a rear-view mirror.
(h) Must have a windshield, glass or safety glass
(i) Must have working directional turn signals
(j) Must have brackets for mounting two license plates (front and rear)
