343.99 PENALTY.

Anyone who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the first offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pied guilty to a previous violation of this chapter, whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
