(a) Truck traffic will be prohibited from North Main Street turning right onto West Sycamore Street.
(b) It is further directed that the Street Department cause a NO RIGHT TURN TRUCKS sign to be erected in such locations as to properly notify and grant notice to users of North Main Street (as in subsection (a)) of the ban of trucks turning right onto West Syamore Street.
