339.12 TURNS BY SEMI-TRACTORS AND TRAILERS ONTO SYCAMORE STREET FROM STATE ROUTE 65.

(a) There shall be posted a “No Left Turn” sign for all semi-tractors and trailers traveling south on State Route 65 attempting to negotiate a turn onto Sycamore Street in an easterly direction.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be subject to the penalties as set forth in Section 303.99(a). (Ord. 1999-5. Passed 10-11-99.)
