139.02 POLICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
   (a)   The Columbus Grove Police Department Policies and Procedures dated 5-9-05, shall be adopted as the official policies and procedures for the Police Department of the Village effective the date of passage of this section.
   (b)   Each officer in the employment of the Village is required to review the Police Policies and Procedures and acknowledges such review in a fashion to be determined by the Chief of Police.
   (c)   The Village Fiscal Officer shall keep a copy of the Police Policies and Procedures available at the Village offices. (Ord. 2005-4. Passed 5-9-05.)
