133.01 ESTABLISHED; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (a)    In accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.262, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer.
   (b)    The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties and functions of Village Clerks and Village Treasurers provided by the general laws of the State of Ohio.
