339.15 PROHIBITING TRUCKS FROM TURNING RIGHT FROM EAST SYCAMORE ONTO SOUTH ELM STREET.

   (a)   Truck traffic will be prohibited from East Sycamore Street turning right onto South Elm Street.

   (b)   It is further directed that the Street Department cause a NO RIGHT TURN TRUCKS sign to be erected in such locations as to properly notify and grant notice to users of East Sycamore Street (as in subsection (a)) of the ban of Trucks turning right onto South Elm Street.
