None of the following materials shall be discharged into the Village Quarry, and none of the following materials shall be discharged into any watercourse that flows into the Village Quarry, whether such watercourse flows directly or indirectly into the Village Quarry, and whether water flows intermittently or constantly:
(a) Human urine or excrement.
(b) Treated sewage.
(c) Untreated sewage.
(d) Discharge from any privy, cesspool, septic tank or septic field.
(e) Water that has been used for washing or cooking.
(f) Garbage, manure or putrescible material.
(g) Poisonous substances.
(h) Any hazardous substance as defined in the Ohio Revised Code.
(i) Industrial waste.
(j) Paint or paint remover.
(k) Soap, detergent or cleaner.
(l) Any substance which may render water harmful to humans.
(m) Any substance that may render water harmful to animals.
(n) Any substance that may impart an objectionable odor, color, appearance or taste to the water.
