Whoever violates any provision of the chapter, and upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and charged accordingly. The Village employees or a contractor hired by the Village will remove the fence at the homeowner's expense. If not paid by the homeowner, the cost will be assessed to the homeowner's property taxes.
