No person may construct, or cause to be constructed or erected within the Village, any fence without first making application for and securing a permit from the Village Zoning Officer. Each application must be submitted with a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee. A fence permit is not required for painting, maintenance or repair of a fence.
