Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith, or with any written notice, or order issued hereunder, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Village Administrator or other designated official while attempting to make exterior inspections, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined by the Ohio Revised Code. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense, and for any offense subsequent to the first offense shall escalate by one degree to a fourth degree misdemeanor.
