1321.05 COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING.

The application shall set forth the zoning classification for the parcel involved, value, and shall further contain a certificate that the proposed construction, demolition, repair, alteration, excavation or conversion complies with the provisions of the Village Zoning Code and all pertinent laws of the State of Ohio.
