Violations of this chapter shall be treated as infractions. The procedure for an infraction shall be as follows:
(a) Upon reasonable information or confirmation of a violation of this chapter, the Village Building Committee shall issue a written warning describing the alleged offense, the location of the offense, and a statement of what must be done to correct the violation. The notice shall also state the date by which such correction must be completed, which date shall be not more than thirty (30) days from the date of receiving notice.
(b) Each thirty (30) days of violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter.
(c) If the violation has not been corrected within the time specified in the written warning, the Village shall issue a citation for the infraction, which shall be a second-degree misdemeanor.
