Off-street loading/unloading spaces or berths shall be provided in connection with every building or part of a building which has a floor area greater than 5,000 square feet, and normally receives or distributes material by vehicle. The following requirements shall apply:
(a) Retail/Service/Office Establishments | One (1) space for the first 5,000 sq. ft. of floor area plus one (1) space thereafter for each additional 20,000 sq. ft. |
(b) Truck Terminal/Warehouse/Wholesale Establishments | One (1) space for each 5,000 sq. ft. of floor area |
(c) Industrial Plants | One (1) space for the first 5,000 square feet of floor area plus one (1) space for each 20,000 sq. ft. thereafter |
