1159.05 HOUSE TRAILERS AND MOBILE HOMES.
   (a)    No more than one mobile home shall occupy one lot, subdivided lot or other parcel within the Village of Columbus Grove.
   (b)    Every mobile home dwelling shall have a total ground floor area of not less than six hundred (600) square feet measured from the outside exterior walls, including utility rooms,
but excluding open porches, breezeways and carports.
   (c)    Each mobile home shall be parked on and supported by a concrete stand designed to carry full mobile home weight. The minimum dimensions of this concrete stand shall be fourteen (14) feet wide by seventy (70) feet long. Each mobile home lot shall be provided with a minimum of four (4) anchors and tie-downs such as cast in place concrete "dead men" eyelets imbedded in the concrete, screw augers, arrowhead anchors, or other suitable devices for securing the stability of the mobile home. Each mobile home shall be skirted entirely enclosing the bottom section with aluminum, vinyl or other approved skirting. Said skirting shall be secured top and bottom except for the access trap door. These requirements shall be met within sixty (60) days after the mobile home is placed on the lot and shall be done by a licensed installer. A copy of his license must accompany the permit application.
   (d)    No new or existing mobile home shall be transferred from one location to another within the Village of Columbus Grove unless the owner complies with subsections (a) to (c) hereof. No mobile home shall be placed on any lot in Columbus Grove that was not previously occupied by a mobile home, or which is not otherwise zoned for mobiie homes. A permit must be obtained to remove or move in a mobile home with all zoning regulations pertaining to that area followed.
   (e)    A mobile home must be 5 years old or less to be placed in the Village of Columbus Grove. The home must be in living condition upon arrival and all utilities must be hooked up within 60 days.
   (f)    No modifications will be accepted to the mobile home, such as a lean-to, addition room, etc. except with mobile home engineered drawings.
   (g)    Any person, firm, corporation or company violating any of the provisions of this section shall for each violation be charged with a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. A second and each subsequent offense shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day in which there is a continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
