The R-MHP Residential Mobile Home Park District is intended to reflect existing mobile home park locations, and reserve land for their expansion should the need materialize. The R-MHP district establishes design standards and review procedures for the establishment of new mobile home parks as well, to ensure that development takes place on a planned, orderly basis in accord with state requirements. It is the intent of these regulations that uses within an R-MHP District, including mobile home sites, be conditional uses, subject to the procedures and requirements of Section 1151.04(d).
