1112.02 REVIEW FEE.

Each applicant for approval of a condominium subdivision shall pay a review fee to help defray the cost to the Village of reviewing the plans and making a determination as to whether or not the proposed condominium subdivision complies with all applicable ordinances. This review fee will not be refundable whether or not the condominium subdivision is approved.
