The following regulations shall govern street alignment:
(a) Vertical profile grades shall be connected by vertical curves up to twenty percent (20%), but only for short, straight stretches.
(b) Waiver of visibility requirements may be given subject to the approval of the Village of Columbus Grove Planning Commission.
(c) Waiver of vertical curve requirements may be given subject to the approval of the Village of Columbus Grove Planning Commission.
