Minimum street pavement widths shall conform to the standards given in Sections 1107.05 to 1107.07, inclusive. Where pavement widths greater than those specified in Sections 1107.05 to 1107.07 are deemed necessary by the Village Engineer and approved by the Village Council, the Village shall bear the extra cost of providing a greater than the minimum pavement width required by these regulations.
