(a) Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of the street in all residential subdivisions where the predominate lot width is less than one hundred (100) feet and on one side where the predominate lot width is greater than one hundred (100) feet but less than one hundred and fifty (150) feet. No sidewalks will normally be required where the predominate lot width is greater than one hundred and fifty (150) feet.
(b) Public sidewalks shall be required for all commercial lots.
(c) Public sidewalks may be required for industrial lots, subject to the approval of the Columbus Grove Planning Commission.
