When there is an angle of deflection of more than ten (10) degrees between two (2) centerline tangent sections of a street, a curve of adequate radius shall connect them. (See Sections 1107.05 to 1107.07, inclusive.) Between reverse curves, a minimum tangent of one hundred (100) feet shall be introduced.
