1105.14 APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT.

An application for approval for the final plat shall be submitted on forms provided by the Columbus Grove Planning Commission, together with five (5) copies of the plat and the supplementary information specified, shall be submitted to the Columbus Grove Planning Commission.
